The Ridgewood Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company is pleased to announce auditions for "Pirates of Penzance" at 7 p.m. Monday June 30.

Auditions for principal roles and chorus will be held at the Community Church of Glen Rock (one block east of Maple Avenue on Rock Road), Glen Rock.

Auditioners should be prepared to sing either a song from the show or a piece that best shows their vocal quality and to bring their own music if they are not singing a piece from "Pirates." An accompanist will be provided.

The show will be staged in mid-October.
