Phyllis V. DiLorenzo
BERGENFIELD — Phyllis V. DiLorenzo, 88, a lifelong resident of Bergenfield, died April 29.
She was a seamstress the Goldberg slipper factory in Hackensack from the 1960s to 1980. She then worked at the Florence Shop in Bergenfield from 1980 to 1992.
Predeceased by her brother, Frank, and his wife Elena, she is survived by her sisters, Louise Voccola and Helen Fleischmann and her husband Arthur; her brothers, Gabriel and his wife Sophie, and Vincent and his wife Patricia DiLorenzo; and nieces and nephews.
There was a funeral liturgy at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield, on Friday, May 2. Interment was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Hackensack.
Arrangements were made by Riewerts Memorial Home Inc., Bergenfield.

Salvatore Piscitello
NEW MILFORD — Salvatore Piscitello, 81, of New Milford died April 27 in the Veterans Nursing Home, Paramus.
A World War II veteran, he was a printer for Zietlin Service in New York before retiring.
Mr. Piscitello is survived by his wife, Edith Villane Piscitello; three daughters; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was offered Wednesday, April 30 at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Oradell.
Arrangements were made by the Frech Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.

Frances M. Tibbs
DUMONT — Frances (Dorney) M. Tibbs, 91, of Ringwood, formerly of Dumont, died April 27 in Oakland Care Center, Oakland.
She was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and lived in Dumont for 52 years.
A retired bookkeeper and parishioner of St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Dumont, she was also a member of the Altar and Rosary societies at the church.
Her husband, Gerald, died in 1975. She was also predeceased by a granddaughter.
Surviving are her children, Thomas and Sharleen Tibbs of Oakland, Frances and Patrick Henderson of Bergenfield, Johan and Irene Tibbs of Saddle River, and Margaret and Nicholas Vietri of Ringwood; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was offered Wednesday, April 30 at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Dumont, with burial in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Tenalfy.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Megan Tibbs Scholarship Fund, c/o Indian Hills High School, Oakland NJ 07436.
Arrangements were made by the Frech Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.

Lydia Barja Perez
DUMONT — Lydia Barja Perez, 85, of Dumont, died April 30, in County Manor Nursing Home, Tenafly.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., and lived in Dumont for many years.
She was a retired bookkeeper for General Motors in Detroit.
Surviving are her husband, Balbino Perez; and her son and his wife, Richard P. and Amal Perez.
The funeral was private at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements were made by the Frech Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.
